These transactions build on the opening of 31 stores in 2025, reflecting sustained momentum across the portfolio’s long-term growth initiative. The new locations are expected to open throughout 2026 and 2027.

The new leases span a mix of premier regional malls and outlet centers, while also supporting the brands’ entry into outdoor lifestyle, shopping and power centers across key markets including Florida, New York, Arizona, Texas and Tennessee. Today, Perfumania and The Fragrance Outlet operate in nearly every U.S. state within properties owned by leading institutional landlords including Simon Property Group, General Growth Properties (GGP), Macerich, Tanger, CBL Properties and other major REITs. 

Recent opening highlights include Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, Ariz.; King of Prussia Mall in King of Prussia, Pa.; Lenox Square in Atlanta; Tanger Nashville in Nashville, Tenn. Upcoming opening highlights include Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, Wash.; Miracle Mile Shops in Las Vegas; Spotsylvania Towne Centre in Fredericksburg, Va.; North East Mall in Hurst, Texas; Brandon Exchange in Brandon, Fla.; Arden Fair in Sacramento, Calif.; Miami International Mall in Doral, Fla.; Fresno Fashion Fair in Fresno, Calif.; and Tanger Riverhead in Riverhead, N.Y. Additional stores are planned throughout the remainder of 2026 and into 2027.
